No it needs a human host.

To Protect Yourself Against Swine Flu:

-Encourage all people to cover their mouth and nose when they cough or sneeze.

-Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough and sneeze. (alcohol based hand cleaners are also effective)

-Try to avoid contact with sick people.

-If you get sick avoid contact with others to avoid infecting them.

First off, its bad idea to purchase perishables from a super long distance.
Anyway, so long as the items are non-perishable, more than likely any sort of disease it could have been carrying will have been killed off by the time it got to you, due to exposure to sunlight, heat, cold, etc.
I just wouldn’t import food, just to be safe.

swine shouldnt be transfered through things. it is more of the air and breathing it in than anyhing. being around it can hurt

Now that the virus strain has been identified and there is a risk of it becoming a pandemic, border security and customs officers will completely ***** down on items being imported via mail an other means.
Thus meaning that if an item you buy from the US happened to contain the virus it would be quarantined/destroyed and you will be informed.

I am not sure
it could possibly spread but they would check it before its sent to you
I would suggest just buying your own food at the local store to be safe
