or is the goverment trying to scare us out of our witts,by using the media like they always do,to take mora money from insurances,and scam a bunch of us?…im not too sure of it this time around, i will step back and watch the development of this new outbreak before i go spending my money and time 4 something am not sure what it is,…i never saw one case of the “bird flu” in my neighborhood.

I’d **** to think that the government would lie to us about something as serious as this, however, I still have some suspicions that this “swine flu epidemic” could just be some big distraction for something a little more sinister…
only people in close contact with poultry get bird flu, it is not easily transmitted. This virus on the other hand, has components of swine, bird and Human h1n1 viruses, making it easily transmitted between people. There are 150 dead people in Mexico that would tell you it is VERY real.
of course it is real. a whole country went on alert. let’s hope you never see any case in your neighbourhood!
This is real and so was the bird flu scare. This is serious ****. Look up the asian flu or the hong kong flu to see some examples of what happens when things just go “kinda bad” with new pandemic viruses. I know this is scary stuff but making up some sort of conspiracy theory and burying your head in the sand isn’t gonna make it go away. If it doesn’t happen now then it will someday within YOUR LIFETIME. Get used to it. We cannot defeat a flu virus that goes pandemic…period and it will happen.
