What are the best precautions to take to avoid contracting swine influenza?

Swine influenza

Given the fact that the virus is spreading globally, as a normal citizen living an average live, what are the absolute best precautions to take to avoid contracting swine influenza?

In addition, is there any more information on how it affects those with good normal immune systems? Would boosting the immune system with specific vitamins and minerals be a good idea or could it possibly increase the chance of a negative outcome should you contract the virus?
I have decided to take a strong immune boosting vitamin. Is this wise?

  1. Use the exact same measures you would use to avoid a cold or regular flu. The regular flu kills 36,000 people every year, are you really getting that worked up about this?

  2. just avoid touching anyone and don’t put your hands near you face
My school has a kid that could possibly have it, so our school is canceled for the next 2 days (thursday and Friday) until it is cleaned

  4. I did quite a bit of research and came across 2 great sites. 1 was for an independent report and the other for this stuff called Colloidal Silver – it seems like it’s a wonder product!
