I am on the weight watchers diet will I start gaining weight if i get on birth control pills?

I have been on weight watchers for 8 months and already lost 30 pounds. I plan to lose another 30 pounds to get to my goal weight. I am wanting to get on birth control but I am scared I will start gaining weight. Will birth control make me gain weight?Moslem Community
